This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. Positive: Nothing. Unfortunately, I cannot point to a single aspect of my stay that met my expectations. The condition of the accommodation, the lack of basic comfort, and the way customer service handled our request left me with no positive impressions. Negative: This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. The apartment is in very poor condition and appears not to have been renovated for decades. The furniture, décor, and overall atmosphere feel extremely outdated, giving the impression that very little has changed since the 1980s. Considering the price, the accommodation offers very poor value for money. The biggest problem was the complete lack of air conditioning. The building seems to have little or no thermal insulation, making the apartment unbearably hot at night. The only way to make the room even slightly comfortable was to sleep with the balcony doors fully open. Unfortunately, this created another issue. There are no mosquito screens on either the doors or the windows, so the room quickly filled with mosquitoes and other insects. Every night you had to choose between unbearable heat or being constantly bitten while trying to sleep. The level of customer service was equally disappointing. Once the payment had been made, receiving any meaningful assistance became almost impossible. There is no reception and no direct contact with anyone responsible for the property. Everything is handled through messages, with very little interest in actually helping guests. What disappointed me most was the way our request to shorten the stay was handled. Due to unexpected changes in our business schedule, we contacted the property two days before our planned departure and asked if it would be possible to cancel only the final night of our reservation. Despite giving advance notice, there was absolutely no flexibility, understanding, or willingness to find a reasonable solution. That response completely changed my perception of both the property and the level of service they provide. Overall, I was left with the impression that guest satisfaction is simply not important. Sadly, this experience has also reduced my confidence in Booking.com for continuing to list propertie

Comodidad Positive: Está genial , al lado del lago , la cama es muy cómoda!

Positive: Sehr sauber und ruhige Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden für einen entspannenden und zufriedenen Aufenthalt. Sehr gut eingerichtetes Apt mit Küche, Bad und möbilierter Terrasse. Negative: Das Bett könnte etwas grösser und bequemer sein.
